 I just had a shower thought: 

A lot of people do IF or intermittent fasting because it works, it lowers insulin so the long term benefits are weight loss and a general feeling of well being.

However and I guess this has been discussed by the communities before but if they are eating their food in a smallish window of say 12-8pm so fasting 16 hours wouldn't changing the eating window to say 6am to 2pm work better for health reasons. Eating earlier allows the body to digest the food which takes a considerable amount of resources and then rest. The benefit I see from this is when sleeping in theory Autophagy should kick in earlier allowing for a deeper more beneficial sleep. 

I think I'm going to have to make one of my months just this.
