Just a today update.
Weight not changed so that kinda sucks but I did eat Greek yogurt and frozen strawberries which isn't exactly carnivore, well the fruit isn't while the yogurt is technically an animal product.
Fasting today, day two of this weeks ADF, not feeling hungry at all but I had a few thoughts creep into my head like "I could just go and eat a burger meal and no one would know" but I know it wouldn't even satisfy me just like I know when I wake up tomorrow morning and at some stage eat I won't really enjoy it.
Its different this time the ADF it seems to be working well for everything possibly except the weight loss but I'm pretty sure that will come in waves, maybe its just high tide at this time.
Yeah one day of no weight loss and the sky is falling, it will be down tomorrow morning I know. I have a target of 120 by Saturday morning I should reach it. Hopefully by the end of the weekend its not about 121 fingers crossed.
