13/02/26 Haven't looked.
I decided not to look until tomorrow morning after the third of three days fasting this week. Hopefully its down a bit. I said 120 by the end of the week but that was a fuckup I meant 120 by the end of the month. If I don't do that I'll throw up.
Around 4 this arvo I got really hungry and nearly gave in, plus the wife is off to her sisters for the weekend so it feels like a leave pass. But I didn't give in which is good its 9pm now and no hunger at all.
Not exactly excited about tomorrows food, probably all leftovers, Carnivore crack and half a BBQ Chook I have in the fridge. Its not meant to be easy I guess. Very interested to see what my weight is, I feel like its down, hopefully not disappointed.
Weird thing I've noticed, I'm trying to very gradually add in some exercise with the aim of doing a good solid month of gym as one of my trial months but for some reason I feel stronger and fitter than I have for a very long time, like my muscles are harder but I've done like one set of basic dumbell for the whole year? Fasting does promote HGH but really this much?
