14/02/26 121.5 👀

 So seeing 121s is great but that was a day after fasting so don't get too excited. This is a short one I need to work out how to put like side notes into this thing to keep ideas that need to go in the final solution. 

I might for now put an emoji or something like an ideas symbol to remember but anyway stick with me. 

Todays note or idea is after March when I intend to stop Carnivore I need to add other foods in slowly, that may be easier said than done because I'm craving tacos which would have corn, other veg, spices and sauce so realistically they might have to wait 😞

I'm not completely technologically disabled but maybe I'm still in the 90s, I couldn't highlight or even put an emoji in the title using buttons supplied above but I could using the windows key period buttons so I put eyes, that will do for now. Back later. 

Ok I just thought of something new to add. I just tried sardines for the first time and I'm not hating them, I was terrified of eating a whole fish (actually I was worried about eating the head and guts but i googled how to eat them and saw they are headless, need to check all brands do that) Honestly I think I'll add them to my carnivore routine, they're simple and quick and supposidly full of good stuff. I am worried about the olive oil because I read somewhere that the oil in sardines is cheap and possibly cut with seed oils which is one of the main things I want to avoid forever. Both google and Ai both say it is legit but they could get paid to say that, Olive oil is expensive and they would use a lot so I'm sceptical. I also read to buy them in springwater and add your own quality oil so when I'm fully broken in and used to them I'll try that. 

Anyway the thing I though of was after March if i start to introduce new foods which I'm still not sure of, each time I finish a fast (Because I'm doing 200 days this year) I'll break it with a different food to see my body's reaction. Ooooh Science!
