Its weird that sometimes my weight is steady while fasting but goes down after a couple of days of eating. I guess thats all the hormonal changes people talk about.
So trying to think about what to do next month, I'm really happy with my eating at the moment although I probably don't eat enough I'm just never hungry. The perfect recipe for losing weight I guess.
I am constantly surprised at my fitness level which really has been non existent for the last couple of years, I unloaded a truck yesterday for a few hours in the sun and I was tired but an hour later I felt like I could go again. I don't feel any after effects like soreness or tiredness and the next day (today) I felt good and went for a walk when I woke up.
Oh and the other strange one was I got sunburned pretty bad on my face and neck but there was no hurt and today its gone like it didn't happen. Another benefit I guess.
With all that in mind I'm not going to change my diet, I am going to have a couple of cheat days between now and March 1st because I miss some foods but I'm going to try to keep them clean as possible.
Rules for March on the search for the final solution. First amendment to the rule: If I hit my goal weight early I start on the next month regime.
- When I wake drink 500ml water with electrolytes, 1 tbsp EV Olive oil, 2 tbsps Apple cider vinegar. Coffee only after walk.
- Walk daily, 30 minute short walking track outside my house. If I have to get up early I get up early.
- Drink at least 1.5l water through the day no exceptions.
- In bed by 9:30 every day no exceptions.
- Meditate daily
- Maintain a dirty carnivore diet.
- No stepping on the scales.
- At least one long walk on the big track outside my house each week.
- When I'm working at home at least 2 10-15 minute mindfulness breaks with short dumbell sessions or TaiChi
- No yoghurt, maybe on its own but definitely
- No fruit
Adding these rules which I really should be following anyway will achieve two things.
1. I should boost my metabolism
2. It will help prepare me for Gym in April or later, whenever I add it into my regime.
