Ok so today is just a check in, I'm not sure if I'm going to fast tomorrow it would be my 4th day of the week and I wasn't really planning on that. I'm starting to think I may have slowed my metabolism but I guess thats all part of this 12 month trial and error.
Maybe I should do the exercise month in March instead of April and do the religious carnivore later, it does make sense as it should increase my metabolism and assist in losing weight the right way. When I did Keto I walked and I mean I walked a lot I didn't have a step meter but it would have to be at least 20000 steps per day, keto has not worked since and I blamed faux foods but maybe it was more the underlying metabolism rate which was low.
I need to set new rules for March I might mark that on the header.
I had a very long chat with Chat gpt about why I suddenly don't like the taste of pepsi max it just tastes foul. There is only one real difference between that and Coke zero which is pepsi has a preservative in it and I believe my body senses that and does not want it.
Interestingly McDonalds coke no sugar also has that preservative but not in its store bought products we think this is to make it last as it comes in a syrup. Interesting stuff, I'll talk more about why I can sense bad foods with my body later, as i said this thing is huge.
