Not getting too excited about the 121 but the numbers on the scale are motivating, I broke my fast today at 72hrs I was going to go 120hrs but I don't even know why but I just decided to stop.
Somebody posted something the other day which didn't make sense to me so I looked it up, it was about your metabolic rate or how much your body needs to stay alive each day. I was kind of wondering if I had lowered mine. I mean losing around 2kgs a weeks is pretty good but when I did Keto I was losing 3.5kgs week in week out.
I do lead a fairly sedentary life so it would make sense I don't burn as much fuel as someone more active. I figure I'll work that out when I add gym in April I think?
Not a lot else going on, work is getting busy and I'm trying not to stress, its crazy how I'm doing all this stuff like eating right or not eating at all but the basics I ignore like sleep and water, its not that fucking hard but I've always had this thing about sleep.
